Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how London Isiofia (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with BLAIR (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name and email address, provided directly or through Google sign-in, and your brokerage name if you supply it. Your Content: the lead lists you upload (which may include property owner names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses) and the notes, statuses, and outreach drafts you create. Usage data: basic technical and log data needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the Service: to authenticate you, store and organize your leads, generate outreach drafts and call scripts, prioritize and display your lists, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your information, and we do not use Your Content to advertise to you or the individuals in your lists.
3. AI processing
When you request an AI-drafted message, the relevant lead details (such as an owner’s name, town, and property address) are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini and Groq) to generate the draft. We do not control those providers’ independent practices; use of the AI feature is optional and templates work without it.
4. Service providers
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting), and the AI providers noted above. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Service.
5. Storage, security, and isolation
Data is stored with our database provider and protected in transit and at rest. Each account’s data is isolated by row-level security so that one customer cannot access another customer’s leads. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your responsibilities for third-party data
The lead lists you upload contain personal information about other people. You represent that you have a lawful basis to collect, upload, and contact those individuals, and you are responsible for honoring any opt-out, do-not-call, or deletion request you receive from them.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain Your Content while your account is active. You can delete individual leads at any time within the Service, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain limited records as required by law.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your information through the Service or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
